Elastomer Pump Sets

DAUREX PCP Downhole Pump Installations:

• Are specially developed for oil production in submersible operation.
• Convey all products gently and with low pulsation, from thin to highly viscous, pasty and solid media. Gas-containing, foaming and contaminated media are also pumped perfectly at very high or very low temperatures.
• Due to the design, it can also be used with extremely high counter pressures.
• Pressures of up to 400 bar and thus delivery heights of up to 4,000 m can be achieved.

Quality is the engine of our success

‍The stator materials we use are selected individually for the medium to be conveyed and can be made of either a solid or an elastomer. Laboratory tests and swell tests to optimize the existing system and to select elastomers are recommended in many cases.
